How we work

InView use enterprise-grade drone technology and specialised ground-based digital LiDAR capture tools to collect a range of data, both inside and outside.  Our outputs include: measurable photo-realistic internal digital twins, precision-reality external twins, thermal images as well as point-cloud data for BIM, CAD and GIS outputs.  All ready to be imported into AutoCAD, ReCap, Revit and ArcGIS.  These can be used for acquisition, maintenance, inspection, planning and remediation.

High-resolution imagery

We offer an efficient, safe, precise and highly accurate image-capture services using drones.  This is for a variety of as built-environment recording, inspections (including roof dilapidation) and condition surveys and gutters or drainage.

External precision-reality twins

We use Precision Asset Intelligence (PAI) software which enables our clients to draw on vast volumes of asset data, distilled into a user-friendly cloud-based interface with trusted partners such as Trendspek, NIRA and One3D.  This allows us to offer our clients different price-points, levels of security and mark-up functionality.

Point Cloud and CAD outputs

We offer high-quality drone surveys using state-of-the-art RTK and GNSS ground control.  Our outputs direct to clients include CAD linework (plan and elevations), point clouds, and high-resolution sectional orthophotos.

Internal 3D models and reality-twins

We offer a highly competitive scanning service to turn buildings and structures into precise, dimensionally accurate 3D visual models.  These are easily viewable from our secure cloud platform.  Use for building safe case management, space-planning, design emergency planning, familiarisation and training.

Thermal imaging

We use thermal imaging as a method for visualising and quantifying temperature variations across surfaces.  This can help our clients to better understand possible water ingress (linked to RAAC defects on flat roofs) as well as problems with the thermal envelope.

Landscape photogrammetry, DSMs and DTMs

We capture high-resolution images for use in photogrammetry for a variety of different projects.   This allows our clients to obtain reliable and accurate measurement information (including volumes / cut & fill) about physical objects and the environment.
